Shipping, Exchanges, and Returns

Shipping

  • Processing Time for regular orders (to make, package, and drop to post office. . . 

    • 1-2 weeks (14 days) 

  • Processing Time for pre-orders (to make, package, and drop to post office. . . 

    • 1 month to 3 months
    • Please make sure to order pre-order items separately so as to not delay regular purchases
    • Pre-orders are either ordered overseas or made in-house (but very time-consuming and limited in quantity) so knowing the amount of customers interested gives me time to plan the quantity i need and/or the amount of material, time, and labor needed to complete.

Exchanges and Returns

  • Returns are acceptable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please do the following:
    • Contact me: within (5) days of delivery
    • Return items: within (14) days of delivery
    • Buyer will be responsible for return postage shipping within the days stated. Products should be returned in it's original condition for full refund
    • Buyers are responsible for value depreciation based on the products condition
  • NO EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS!

These items CANNOT be returned or exchanged:

  • Digital Downloads
  • Lost/Stolen orders, e-mail immediately if you input the wrong address at checkout. 
  • Pre-order items
  • Used items 
  • Returned goods without notifying by email first.
  • Items/Products that are considered to be FINAL SALES or DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS

Remember to . . .

  • Double Check your order for any damage goods, defective items, and/or incorrect items. Make sure to e-mail within time stated if you qualify for a return.
  • Double check your delivery address is correctly entered at checkout. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
  • Order pre-orders separately, because then your order will be delayed.

  • Gently Hand Wash COLD 
  • Lay Flat to Dry

Shirt Care:

All shirts are pre-shrunk (water only)

  • Machine Wash Warm or Cold with Mild Detergent
  • Dry Normal on Dryer Setting
  • Do Not Bleach
  • Do Not Dry Clean

Glass Tumbler Care:

  • Not Microwave Safe
  • Do Not Soak
  • GENTLE HAND WASH ONLY!

Sticker Info

  • Your Product will not be watermarked except for the backing (Liner) of some of our Vinyl Stickers.
  • Color(s) may vary from monitor to actual product. Changes may be due to materials used, lighting, photography, editing, etc.
  • Any props shown in listing are not included as part of the purchase.

Our Stickers

    • All Art/Characters/Designs are created by Edna.
    • Our stickers come in various materials including standard paper matte with permanent adhesive, gloss vinyl, matte vinyl, washi material and more.
      • Lamination are in gloss and matte and is added to some of our stickers/products because of its end use and purpose. Lamination is perfect for outdoor stickers and decals since it helps protect against scratches, water, UV and it aides on making the item more durable.  
      • Non-Laminated stickers/products are recommended for indoor uses. It's perfect for planners and journals.
      • Matte PAPER STICKER SHEET is NOT Waterproof
      • Matte VINYL STICKER SHEET may have a watermark on the back of the liner

        • all scrunchies have their elastic machine-sewed and are hand-sewn closed. . . in case I missed one, please e-mail. I'm only human.
        • Photos don't do them justice, they are really bright and pretty in real life. (Just saying!)
        • elastic are about 6-8 inches and wraps around hair about 2-3 times (approx).
