Description

Overloaded with Work? You're feeling the strain in the back of your neck? You want to hide away from everyone? I get it. You're stressed.

Don't let stress affect you. Keep track and take breaks if you feel like it's been constant and or overwhelming! Trust me. One time I was so stressed with paperwork that MY HAIR was falling out!!! (hence, the drawings). Thankfully, it grew back but I'm still triggered and remind myself to relax and take my time.
